Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens. Our policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our consultants, whose time is reserved exclusively for you once a booking is confirmed.
1. General Policy
All payments made for La Verv consultation services are non-refundable once a session is confirmed. By completing your booking and payment, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
2. Rescheduling
We offer rescheduling as a courtesy to our clients. If you need to change your session time:
- — Write to hello@laverv.com with your booking details and preferred new time
- — Reschedule requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session
- — Rescheduling is subject to consultant availability
- — Each booking may be rescheduled once — subsequent requests are at consultant discretion
3. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of the consultant in exceptional circumstances, such as:
- — A medical emergency preventing attendance
- — Technical failure on our end preventing session delivery
- — Consultant unavailability with no suitable reschedule option
To request an exceptional refund, write to hello@laverv.com with your booking ID, payment reference, and reason. We will respond within 5 business days.
4. Digital Products and Guides
Digital products and guides, once accessed or downloaded, are non-refundable. Free resources are available at no charge and are not subject to this policy.
5. Packages and Multi-Session Bookings
For multi-session packages (The Alignment, The Blueprint, The Full Protocol), unused sessions may be rescheduled but are non-refundable. Package sessions are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
6. No-Show Policy
If you do not attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be marked as consumed and no refund or reschedule will be offered.
7. Consultant Cancellation
In the rare event that your consultant needs to cancel a session, we will offer a full reschedule at your convenience. If no suitable time can be found within 30 days, a full refund will be issued.
