These Terms and Conditions govern your use of laverv.com and any services provided by Proverv Consulting OPC Private Limited ("La Verv", "we", "us", or "our"), registered in Gurgaon, Haryana, India. By accessing our website or purchasing any service, you agree to these terms in full.

1. About La Verv

La Verv is a women's confidence and lifestyle platform operated by Proverv Consulting OPC Private Limited (GSTIN: AAOCP3101G1ZP). We offer wardrobe wellness and skincare consultation services through our consultants Kamya Dua and Akanksha Gupta.

2. Services

La Verv offers the following services:

All services are subject to availability and consultant discretion. La Verv reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time.

3. Bookings and Payments

All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment via our payment partner Razorpay. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

By completing a booking, you agree to our Refund Policy. Payment confirms your intent to attend the scheduled session.

4. Consultant-Client Relationship

Our consultants provide lifestyle, style, and skincare guidance based on their professional expertise. All consultations are confidential. La Verv consultants are not medical professionals. Any information shared during consultations is for lifestyle and wellness purposes only and does not constitute medical advice.

If a concern requires medical attention, our consultants may refer you to a certified medical practitioner.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information during assessments and consultations. You are responsible for attending sessions at the scheduled time. La Verv is not liable for outcomes resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on laverv.com — including text, graphics, logos, methodologies (including the Silhouette Protocol and GWA Methodology), and digital guides — is the intellectual property of Proverv Consulting OPC Private Limited. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

7. Privacy

Your use of La Verv is also governed by our Privacy Policy. All client data is handled with confidentiality and care. We do not share your personal information or consultation details with third parties without your consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

La Verv and Proverv Consulting OPC Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gurgaon, Haryana.
